Payment, delivery, and refunds
How a one-time Diktator Advanced Edition digital license purchase works, and where to get help if something goes wrong.
Payment confirmation
An order is treated as paid after the payment partner confirms a successful transaction. Do not repeat a payment just because an email is delayed.
Digital delivery
The license key and activation instructions are sent to the email address provided at payment. For help, provide that address, the date, the amount, and a safe transaction reference.
Requesting a refund
If a payment was made in error, a key was not delivered, or activation does not work, contact us through the support page. Requests are considered according to the circumstances of the purchase and mandatory consumer rights under Russian Federation law.
