Diktator Advanced Edition for Mac from this website
These terms apply to the Russian Mac edition distributed through this website, its free mode, trial, and one-time Advanced Edition purchase.
What you purchase
For 1199 ₽, the buyer receives a perpetual Diktator Advanced Edition license for the website Mac edition, with the right to activate it on no more than three Macs at the same time. This is not a subscription.
Free version and trial
The free version has no time limit. Downloading and installing the app do not start the trial. The 21-day Advanced Edition trial begins only when you start it inside the app.
Contract and payment
The product name, final price, and payment method are shown before payment is confirmed. The contract is concluded after the selected payment partner confirms a successful one-time payment. There is no automatic renewal.
Digital fulfillment
After confirmed payment, the license key and instructions are sent to the email address provided at purchase. There is no physical delivery.
Activation
The license may be used on three Macs at the same time. They may belong to one person or different people. You can deactivate an old computer and use the released place on another.
A separate App Store channel
Apple distributes and processes payments for the Mac, iPhone, and iPad App Store editions; the purchase supports Family Sharing. Website licenses and App Store purchases are issued separately and do not activate each other automatically.
Refunds and mandatory rights
Support accepts requests concerning mistaken payments, undelivered licenses, and activation failures. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Russian Federation law.
Delivery and refundsResponsible use
Recognition, translation, and proofreading can make mistakes, especially with names, quotations, mixed languages, and technical terms. Check important text before sending or using it.
A promo code for the other edition
Bought Diktator on this website? After purchase verification, ask support for an App Store promo code. Bought it in the App Store? Ask for a promo code for a website purchase. Licenses are issued separately; purchases do not transfer automatically between the two channels.
